Planning an event should feel exciting, not overwhelming. To make things simple, we’ve gathered answers to the most common questions about hosting your event at UMA Event Center. From pricing and capacity to catering and technology, you’ll find everything you need to feel confident and prepared.
Renter shall pay a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total rental fee upon signing the event contract.
No. Outside vendors are allowed with U.E.C approval.
90+ days: Forfeit deposit.
89–31 days: Forfeit deposit + 10% of total cost.
30 days or less: Full cost due.
Amounts paid may be applied to a future booking within 6 months (excl. catering costs). For our complete policy, please read the Cancellation and Refund Policy section of the UMA contract.
