Yes. Additional fees may include taxes, late payments (18% per annum), returned checks ($30), alcohol service fee ($150/day), catering coordination (cost of caterer, tax,+10-20% depending on service needed), additional service staff ($35 per hour), damage or extra cleaning charges, and penalties for vendors arriving early or leaving late.

Do you offer any discounts on venue rentals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. UMA Members receive a 5% discount on venue rental fees, and UMA Member Groups enjoy a 10% discount. These discounts are exclusive to UMA Members as part of our ongoing commitment to support the UMA community. Non-members are welcomed to host events at UMA Event Center at our standard rental rates.
